dc.description.abstract	Following the growing trend of trying to individualise treatment in inflammatory bowel disease and in view of the challenge posed by elderly patients requiring biologic treatments, we have conducted a study in our centre to assess the T3/T4 index as a predictor of response to biologic treatments in elderly patients.
